Our menu is as simple as 1, 2, 3, 4...
Step 1: What’s Your Style?
- The Sandwich: Bánh mì – A traditional Vietnamese sandwich with pickled carrots and daikon radish, cucumbers, jalapeño, cilantro, mayonnaise, and your choice of meat/tofu. Don’t forget to add some our house made Pâté!
- The Wrap: Ssäm – A Korean wrap with rice paper, red leaf lettuce, cucumbers, seasoned rice, marinated bean sprouts, kimchi, and our ssam sauce with your choice of meat/tofu.
- Salad – Organic lettuces mixed with herbs, peanuts, cucumbers, jicama, mango and sesame vinaigrette with your choice of meat/tofu.
Step 2: What’s in it?
- Five Spice Chicken: Our naturally raised chicken is marinated in a traditional 5-spice blend before being grilled to perfection.
- Beef Shortribs: Marinated "Kalbi" style before being braised for 24 hours. They are finished on the grill to impart a rich char and smokiness.
- Roasted Pork: Naturally raised pork shoulder is marinated in lemongrass and spices. We braise it until tender but still juicy.
- Vegetarian: Organic Tofu is first seared then braised in a blend of soy sauce, scallions, and spices.
Step 3: Sides
- Grilled Pork Belly Bun – with hoisin sauce, pickled cucumber, and scallions
- Lotus Chips – crispy, lightly salted, and delicious
- Ginger-Peanut Slaw – shredded cabbage and herbs, and peanuts in our gingery dressing.
Step 4: Drinks
